Karibian Descanso has been awarded the ‘Innovation in Sleep’ prize

conferred by La Razón daily newspaper, at the 4th Edition of its Technology and Innovation Awards. 

This national media outlet recognizes professionals and companies that encourage the development and evolution of society through technological development. 

A total of 27 companies and institutions from all over Spain were awarded, as judged by a panel of renowned specialists.

The event was hosted by journalist and presenter of ‘AtresMedia’, Roberto Brasero, and chaired by the director of the newspaper, Francisco Marhuenda, along with the Councillor of Economy, Employment, and Competitiveness of the Community of Madrid, Manuel Giménez. Francisco Marhuenda dedicated a few words to all the winners at the beginning of the event, highlighting the value of entrepreneurs and emphasizing their ability to adapt amid the crisis generated by the coronavirus, as well as thanking them for their contributions.

The event took place on 27 October in Madrid.

The general manager of Karibian Descanso, Antonio Alonso Gil, accepted the award from Manuel Giménez.


For Karibian Descanso, this award is a great recognition for the company and its contribution to the sleep sector during its 23 years of business. This award inevitably makes us feel proud and motivates us to continue growing and creating quality products.
