Since the United Nations General Assembly decided to approve its celebration, it has been held on 5 June every year since 1974. Its main purpose is to create awareness around the importance of the environment.

This certification guarantees that each product has gone through a comprehensive analysis in order to check that it does not contain harmful substances for our health. Furthermore, the effects on the environment of the manufacturing processes of Karibian Descanso products have been minimised as much as possible.
