The world has stopped and we have stopped with it. Nearly every corner of the planet is experiencing a new scenario that has made us suddenly change our lifestyles. The words ‘responsibility’, ‘solidarity’, and ‘empathy’ have come together in every home in the world. From Karibian Descanso, we would like to extend an optimistic message and help everyone cope with this lockdown more actively. We have managed to endure the initial weeks, but a lot of things are still necessary to make the most of our time at home.

ENJOY YOUR FAMILY TIME
Make up for the time you could not be with your family before. Enjoy their company and spend time with them.
DEVELOP YOUR CREATIVITY
Dare to cook, paint, draw, write… Let yourself use your right brain.
Breathe in, breathe out… Practicing yoga, on your own or with someone else, is the best way to de-stress.
It is very important to remember that your sleeping hours will change. Likewise, these events are probably affecting all members of your family. We would like to help with some advice so that sleep does not become something else to worry about.
Try to establish a sleep routine.
Use your bedroom and your bed only to sleep. Always follow the same routines before going to bed and when waking up. Try — as far as possible — to use your bedroom just to sleep. If you have to work remotely, choose a different place. This way, when you finally get to sleep, your sleep will be more restful.
